Where listings come from
Harlen brings together MLS listings supplied by participating real estate brokerages and Direct listings submitted to Harlen by housing providers or their representatives. These source descriptions identify how a listing reaches Harlen. They do not establish that COAR owns or manages the property, represents every party, or has inspected or independently verified every listing detail.
Harlen does not display every rental home on the market. Our coverage, available listing sources, property types and search settings affect the homes shown. Some listings have been excluded from this website.
Availability and tour requests
Prices, availability, concessions, lease terms and move-in dates can change. A listing update indicates when listing information was updated; it does not confirm that a home remains available or that a particular move-in date is possible.
Saving a home, sending an inquiry or requesting a tour does not reserve a property, submit a rental application or guarantee approval. A requested tour time is a preference until the appointment is confirmed.
Harlen's inquiry and tour-request forms contact the Harlen team at COAR Property Management, Inc. They do not automatically send a message directly to the property's listing agent. Contact information separately identified as belonging to a listing broker, agent or housing provider belongs to that party.
Rent, fees and rental terms
A listing is a summary of the information supplied for that property. Review the stated rent, lease term, deposits, mandatory charges, optional services, utilities, concessions and any conditions before making a decision. An omitted amount should not be assumed to be zero. A concession may depend on the lease length, move-in date or other stated conditions.
Request clarification of missing or inconsistent information before applying or paying. Application-screening terms and charges are addressed in the applicable application disclosures. This page does not authorize a fee, change a signed agreement or excuse a required price or fee disclosure.
Property details and images
Descriptions, measurements, floor plans, amenities, parking information and other property details may come from owners, agents, MLS records or other sources. Information may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm details important to your decision, including the particular unit, usable space, accessibility features, included appliances, parking arrangements and current condition.
Photos may show an earlier condition, a furnished or model space, or a digitally staged view. A photograph alone does not establish that furniture, decor, appliances or other depicted items are included in the rental. Review the description and any image-specific explanation, and ask about differences between the pictured space and the available unit.
When an image is subject to legally required digital-alteration disclosures, the required notice and access to an original image belong with the advertisement as the law requires. This general policy does not replace an image-specific notice or required original-image access. Please report an image that appears misleading or is missing an applicable disclosure using the contact information below.
Maps and neighborhood information
Map positions and geographic information are provided to help you explore listings. They are not surveys or assurances of exact boundaries, entrances, unit locations or distances. Multiple homes may share a map position.
Neighborhood descriptions and information about nearby places are general context. Confirm school eligibility, routes, travel times, services and other matters important to you with the appropriate provider or authority. Harlen does not guarantee that any neighborhood will meet a particular person's needs or preferences.
How results are ordered and how Harlen is paid
The default search order places Direct listings before MLS listings. Other available sorting options and your filters can change the order. Placement is not a certification of quality, suitability or availability.
COAR may receive leasing commissions from other brokerages and fees from housing providers that list directly with Harlen. These business relationships do not mean that COAR owns the listed homes or represents you in every transaction. Any applicable representation and compensation terms are addressed separately for the services and transaction involved.
Use of listing content
Listing information is provided for your personal, noncommercial search for a home to rent. Listings, photographs, maps and other content may belong to their respective owners or licensors. Access to Harlen does not grant permission to republish listing data or use it to create a competing commercial database.
